- Own and manage the product backlog: from new features to tech improvements and bugs.
- Prepare actionable, testable, and valuable user stories that guide cross-functional teams.
- Act as the key interface between data engineers, analysts, architects, and product teams.
- Collect, align, and translate requirements from various countries into actionable data product goals.
- Champion data quality, accuracy, privacy, and compliance across systems.
- Drive the adoption of metadata standards and resolve quality gaps.
- Lead efforts to integrate anonymized data into our Central Data Lake for seamless reporting.
- Track and demonstrate the business impact of data initiatives.

- Design and develop reusable, scalable data products that support the entire commerce value stream.
what do you bring?
- Strong product analytics mindset, especially in funnel and journey analysis.
- Experience in eCommerce or digital product flows; knowledge of user behavior and conversion funnels.
- Understanding of ML and recommendation engines is a plus.
- Experience with product management in a data-driven context.
- Familiarity with SQL and dashboards (e.g., Metabase) is a bonus.
- Solid grasp of data architecture, privacy, and governance frameworks.
