Product ManagerWhat does the successful Product Manager do?
You will manage portfolio of products and services and you will be responsible for identification of customer needs, prepare product assumptions (new functionalities, improvements) as well as strategy of product development. You will define product requirements for further development, prepare product documentation and procedures. You will also monitor the level of revenues and costs generated by managed products.
What you will do?
- Conduct development activities in the area of managed products by analyzing the directions of market development and the products and services offered.
- Verify demands and expectations of the market (customers) for new products and services.
- Prepare plans for the development of managed products and services and prepare product and process documentation.
- Cooperate with external companies, suppliers and subcontractors related with product service and development; and cooperate with EMEA teams to create products and services for regional clients.
- Prepare and conduct presentations and product workshops for clients and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance of the products and services offered with the internal regulations, regulations of card payment schemes and applicable law.
- Cooperation with international organizations / payment schemes.
- Periodic review and analysis of reports presenting level of revenues and costs generated by managed products.
- Analyze services and products in terms of costs, revenues and their profitability.
What you will need to have:
- University degree.
- A few years experience related with managing products in payment industry.
- Knowledge of the principles of project management.
- Knowledge of the regulations of Visa and Mastercard.
- Knowledge of business, operational and technical processes implemented to provide services to clients.
- Fluent Polish and English (both written and oral).
What will be nice to have:
- Experience in managing e-commerce products.
