Join our team as a Product Enablement Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful commercialization of our products. You will equip our sales and client-facing teams with the right tools, messaging, and materials to drive product success both internally and externally.
We will count on you to:
- Own development of the go-to-market assets for product launches.
- Own and optimize product documentation and communications, ensuring clarity and alignment across all channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to create tailored collateral that supports sales and client engagement efforts.
- Coordinate enablement support for local events, including presentation templates and promotional content.
- Collect internal feedback for product improvement and manage internal projects as needed.
What you need to have:
- Strong writing, editing, and content development skills across digital and print channels.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English, with the ability to craft clear and engaging content.
- Strong aesthetic sense with attention to detail in layout, tone, and visual consistency.
- Experience using AI tools for ideation and content optimization.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Intermediate or higher knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
