Product Enablement Specialist

Join our team as a Product Enablement Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful commercialization of our products. You will equip our sales and client-facing teams with the right tools, messaging, and materials to drive product success both internally and externally.

We will count on you to:

  • Own development of the go-to-market assets for product launches.
  • Own and optimize product documentation and communications, ensuring clarity and alignment across all channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to create tailored collateral that supports sales and client engagement efforts.
  • Coordinate enablement support for local events, including presentation templates and promotional content.
  • Collect internal feedback for product improvement and manage internal projects as needed.

What you need to have:

  • Strong writing, editing, and content development skills across digital and print channels.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English, with the ability to craft clear and engaging content.
  • Strong aesthetic sense with attention to detail in layout, tone, and visual consistency.
  • Experience using AI tools for ideation and content optimization.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Intermediate or higher knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
