We are looking for a Product/Data Analyst to join a fast-growing global social media and live-streaming platform used by millions of users worldwide. The company is focused on delivering innovative digital experiences and expanding its product offerings across multiple markets.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with Product Managers to test hypotheses and evaluate outcomes against key business metrics.
Work with Data Engineers to ensure proper data generation and collection.
Maintain and develop the infrastructure for tracking user events and data flows.
Design, build, and manage dashboards together with their underlying datasets.
Monitor and analyze key metrics, highlight business trends, and provide actionable insights.
Present clear, data-driven conclusions on product and customer behavior.
Design, execute, and analyze A/B experiments.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience with mobile products in a Product Analyst or Data Analyst role.
Strong SQL skills, with the ability to write efficient queries across multiple data sources.
At least 1 year of hands-on experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
Solid understanding of statistics, hypothesis testing, and A/B testing.
Experience working with large datasets, creating reports, and identifying patterns.
Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Nice to have:
Degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or another technical field.
Experience with Python and standard statistical libraries.
Knowledge of BI data quality practices.
