Procurement Delivery Specialist
The Opportunity
As a Procurement Delivery Specialist, you will bring a strong blend of analytical thinking, procurement expertise, and executional drive to our sourcing and delivery capability area. You will partner with various procurement teams, business stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver effective sourcing solutions, streamline buying experiences, and contribute to the continuous improvement of content, automation, and procurement services.
This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic and agile global organization, where your input will shape procurement practices and contribute to the transformation of enterprise sourcing processes.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a subject matter expert in specific categories or spend areas, driving strategy development through market and internal analysis.
Plan and execute sourcing strategies and projects using negotiation, supplier management, and contracting methodologies.
Translate sourcing outcomes into scalable, automated procurement content and self-service buying solutions.
Support cross-functional squads and initiatives focused on procurement automation, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Collaborate across procurement, business functions, and analytics teams to enhance spend management and stakeholder engagement.
Participate in or lead initiatives to enhance the buying experience through agile methods and innovation.
Ensure continuous learning, sharing of best practices, and alignment with Roche’s values and behaviors.
Who You Are
Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or category management
Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
Proven experience with sourcing strategy execution and supplier negotiations
Familiarity with procurement technology and process automation .
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
