Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Generate accurate and timely customer quotations, ensuring product pricing aligns with profit strategies and company policies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Service, Application Engineering, and Product Management to meet customer expectations while adhering to internal guidelines.
- Evaluate and respond to requests from Customer Service, Marketing, Sales, and Engineering by leveraging knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry standards to ensure feasibility and translate requirements into actionable production plans.
- Collect, analyze, and evaluate data on products, costs, and markets to support price setting, bid strategy development, and decision-making for IFF requests.
- Translate complex data into actionable strategies that drive sales growth and profitability.
- Analyze and interpret the impact of pricing decisions on gross margin, customer pricing levels, and competitiveness.
- Build and maintain pricing intelligence and historical records to support future pricing decisions.
- Monitor market indices and pricing trends, ensuring updates are timely and accurate.
- Track pricing performance against budgets, profit margins, and reference prices, documenting extraordinary price actions and quantifying their impact on margins.
- Support the annual price review process, including updating price files, analyzing data, and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Propose, maintain, and follow up on rebate agreements, ensuring accurate accruals, contract compliance with audit requirements, and timely processing of payments.

Requirements and Preferred Skills
- 0-1 year of experience in Pricing or related transferable experience
- Bachelor degree in Mathematics, Economics and engineering related studies
- High level computer skills, confidence to work with Excel and analytical tools like Power BI
- Outstanding analytical mind, logical thinking and understanding of profitability
- Well - organized, creative and open-minded person with good communication skills
- Fluent in English
