At Avon, no two days are the same. As a PMO Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of dynamic change, helping to bring new gifting products to life across the EMEA region. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.Key responsibilities:
What you'll be working on:
- Managing and coordinating gifting projects from concept to launch
- Monitoring timelines, budgets, and risks to keep projects on track
- Leading a cross-functional meetings, maintaining project databases and tracking projects progression
- Collaborating with local and global teams to align on goals and resolve challenges
- Identify and communicate potential issues and key decisions that need to be made to ensure successful implementation
- Supporting and improving the New Product Implementation process
- Navigating supply chain and manufacturing requirements across EMEA and LATAM
What we're looking for:
- 2–5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Product Development, or Administration
- Strong project management and communication skills
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Understanding of regional market needs and supply chain dynamics
- A degree in Management, Engineering, Economy, or Science
