Plant Controller

We are looking for an experienced Plant Controller, who will focus on supporting in the monthly closing and reporting cycle, budgeting, sales controlling, as well as cooperation with Division, and other plants. You will also provide powerful analysis and insights for Finance management decision making.

Your responsibilities:

• Responsibility for monthly closing and reporting cycle by preparing month-end files, presentations, specific analysis, writing comments and compiling the monthly reporting package etc.
• Pro-active overall control of the period-end closing in cooperation with other teams.
• Responsibility for planning cycle processes like, forecasting, budgeting, mid. term planning, including sales planning.
• Lead or involvement in finance projects.
• Analyzing financial data, business plans with scenario modelling.
• Project management of cost initiatives and monitoring of cost measures.
• Customer product-cost calculations and cost-benchmarking between the plants.
• Making the impact of the plant/divisional CAPEX development on cash generation transparent.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 year's experience in similar position - in a controlling, finance or audit area (including month end closing and reporting).
• Fluent communication skills in business English.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office products, especially Excel.
• University degree (preferably in economics, controlling, accounting, or finance area).
• Knowledge of modern controlling methods and tools.
• Motivation and self-initiative, activity, and willingness to work and learn.
• Open minded and details oriented.
• Analytical and strategic way of thinking, ability of quick perception.
• Proactiveness, open communication and assertiveness.

Nice to have:

• • Knowledge of SAP, D365/AX, Power BI
