About Our Client
Our client is a fast-growing international D2C brand selling premium, health-focused kitchen tools. Their flagship product, a titanium hammered pan, is designed to replace outdated cookware with safer, cleaner, science-backed alternatives.
They target conscious home cooks and design lovers who care about real health benefits and certified safe materials. They run on Shopify, work with a 3PL, and drive growth through a multi-platform ad strategy (Meta, Pinterest, Google) where strong, performance-driven creative is key.
The Role
Were partnering with them to find a Performance Creative Strategist who will lead and scale their Meta Ads creative direction. This role combines storytelling with performance data youll script, test, and optimize scroll-stopping ads that drive real conversions.
Youll manage UGC creators, write short-form ad scripts, brief editors, and make quick, confident creative decisions based on performance data, not gut feeling. Youll work hand-in-hand with an experienced media buyer to ensure the best ideas reach the right audiences fast.
What Youll Do
Data-Driven Creative
- Analyze millions in ad spend worth of performance data using Triple Whale, Atria, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Optimize hooks, scripts, and creative angles based on real metrics hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CPA, ROAS.
Script & Concept Development
- Write short-form ad scripts (UGC-style, testimonial, POV, before/after) that grab attention in 3 seconds and drive action.
- Develop creative concepts that feel like authentic content, not forced ads.
Manage UGC Creators
- Find brief and direct user-generated content creators.
- Make selections to ensure output aligns with the brands tone and goals.
Editing Oversight
- Provide clear editing instructions and feedback you understand pacing, subtitles, and how to craft a visual story that sells.
Test & Scale
- Use a structured testing matrix to launch and scale winning angles quickly.

Collaborate closely with the ad buyer to align on performance, plan new tests, and scale what works.

About You
- Youve worked with 7- or 8-figure ad accounts, ideally for D2C or health/household products.

- You know how to make ads feel organic and native to social feeds.

You thrive on data killing underperformers fast and scaling winners faster.
- You stay on top of UGC trends, TikTok storytelling, POV hooks, and what makes people stop scrolling.
- You must be fluent in English.
