Job Opportunity: Pediatric Nurse Advisor / Clinical Nurse Educator
Location: Warsaw, Poland
Duration: September to November 2025 (with potential for extension)

We are seeking a Pediatric Nurse Advisor or Clinical Nurse Educator to support a Phase I study involving blood sample collection from children aged 0 years and up who are currently receiving treatment. This is a non-clinical, advisory role focused on guiding and supporting the site’s nursing team throughout the patient visit process.
Role Overview
- Scope of Work:
- Act as a point of contact and advisor for nurses and site staff during visits.
- Provide guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Be present during the entire visit to ensure smooth execution and adherence to protocol.
- Help ensure proper blood collection and processing to determine plasma drug levels.
- Visit Details:
- Visits will occur on-site at the hospital.
- Each visit will be scheduled for 8 hours, with additional compensation for overtime if required.
- Expect 1 visit per month, totaling 3 visits per site until November, with more to come.
- Visits will be scheduled with 2–4 weeks’ notice.
Ideal Candidate
- Registered Nurse (RN) with strong pediatric experience, especially with infants and young children.
- Experience in clinical education, training, or advisory roles preferred
- Familiarity with clinical studies and blood sample workflows is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with site teams and adapt to evolving processes.
