Role: SAN Monitoring SME
Location: Krakow Poland (Hybrid 2-3 times a week to office)

Must have’s mandatory :
- Need to have clear understanding on SAN Infrastructure and Architecture Understanding of functional requirements and translation of business requirements into technical specifications
- Regular BAU Deliverables such as Storage Provisioning SRDF Reclaim etc
- Perform regular system maintenance Incident solving Change implementation Patch management Analyse solve performance helping to solve complex problems
- Preferred knowledge on Windows Linux and scripting shell python puppet
- Handson experience on Block Storage EMC Pure Cisco and Brocade
- Extensive experience on troubleshooting SAN related issues
- Configuration and troubleshooting of SAN SRDF Time Finder Zoning etc
- Good understanding on Fiber Channel concepts
Nice haves:
- Agile Methodology
- Understanding of VMware infrastructure specifically datastore provisioning and configuration
- Knowledge on Pure HPE Storage
- Understand procedures to ensure consistent storage provisioning uptime regulatory compliance and data protection

knowledge about SANblock core platforms PMAX Pure Cisco Brocade HP
understanding of SANBlock core platforms underlying API functions
understanding of integrations with SANblock storage core platforms
- Ensure vendors and services providers are providing optimal value to client
- Reviews and evaluates the teams work
- Creates maintains and or contributes to the definition and documentation of any IT standard or service catalogue item under teams purview
- Leads efforts to improve processes and meet strategic goals within the team
- Develop team technology and process roadmaps
- Ensures team follows IT processes including Change Release management
- Implement Best Practices across Storage Estate
