Job description
For our client, we are looking for:
On-site Technical Coordinator – Nysa
For our client from the building automation industry, we are looking for a motivated On-site Technical Coordinator, who will support the planning and coordination of weekly construction activities to ensure a smooth installation process on a key project located in Nysa, Poland.
This role will work closely with the Project Scheduler and Site Coordinators and report directly to the Project Director. The Technical Coordinator will manage work packages enabling the successful delivery of scope and supporting cooperation with third-party contractors. A key objective is to analyze project schedules, define daily and long-term activities (up to 4 months ahead), and maintain seamless collaboration with other contractors to ensure smooth project implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor construction progress and on-site daily activities
- Analyze project schedules and design drawings (BMS, Fire, and Security systems) to identify constraints and proactively report risks using digital tools
- Ensure the project meets agreed objectives and timelines
- Manage subcontractors’ activity schedules to avoid delays or conflicts with other trades
- Prepare detailed Installation Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Installation Work Packages using tools like Aconex
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess implementation risks
- Coordinate with engineers, site coordinators, and project stakeholders
- Maintain active communication with the client and internal teams
Qualifications:
- Solid knowledge of project scheduling tools (e.g. MS Project) and work planning on construction sites
- Experience with Workface Planning is a strong advantage (e.g. using Aconex)
- Ability to manage multiple work packages simultaneously
- Good understanding of the construction process – required
- Desirable: knowledge of Electrical, Low Voltage, or HVAC installations
- Ability to decompose complex projects into manageable components and tasks
- English language skills at a minimum B1 level
- Strong communication skills and ability to work daily with multiple stakeholders and contractors
