We are seeking a skilled Murex Business Analyst to join our dynamic team and contribute to the delivery of high-impact financial technology projects.
The role requires hands-on expertise in Murex systems, keen problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to bridge the gap between technical functionalities and business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document detailed requirements for Murex configurations and workflows
- Translate business objectives into functional specifications aligned with the capabilities of Murex systems
- Analyze and resolve incidents, differences, and unforeseen challenges during Murex projects
- Lead workshops to capture requirements and facilitate communication across different levels of seniority
- Configure Front Office aspects such as simulation views, reports, dynamic tables, viewers/layouts, PLVA, and RM to meet project demands
- Work on static data, market data, and GOM configurations including permissions, settings, and FO desk setup
- Document analysis outputs with clarity and ensure traceability across all project phases
- Manage and support the testing lifecycle, including defect tracking and resolution efforts
- Collaborate across Full Project Lifecycle, ensuring seamless engagement in design, development, and delivery phases
- Provide guidance to testing teams, enabling validation of requirements and systems functionality
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience working with Murex
- Understanding of Front Office Murex processes, including simulation views, reports, and key configuration modules
- Background in incident resolution and analysis throughout Murex project implementations
- Competency in static data, market data, and GOM settings, paired with insights into permissions across multiple setups
- Familiarity with the MRB module and its practical applications
- Documentation capabilities for analytical outputs with a focus on maintaining quality and traceability
- Expertise in requirement capture and translating them into actionable functional requirements
- Showcase of running stakeholder workshops and aligning cross-team expectations
- Capability to engage in Full Project Lifecycle activities and ensure consistent delivery outcomes
- Proficiency in guiding teams through testing phases, including defect management workflows
