The Sales Representative is expected to maximise territory sales performance by developing and executing an effective territory management plan, utilising resources provided by Theramex, analysing territory performance, identifying customer needs, defining action plans and implementing local marketing strategies and related efforts that will positively impact others’ understanding of and interest in the assigned products portfolio.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Define and implement action plan according to the defined objectives in order to develop the market share of Theramex in hormonal therapy market. Implement the market strategy by prioritizing its actions and investments, in particular its visit strategy defined with the Sales Manager (targeting / priorities, frequency and content of visits)
- Develop the relationship with Health Care Professionals (HCP) in compliance with regulations and THERAMEX procedures. Carry out the visits in accordance with the rules of THERAMEX ethics and that defined by the HCP using the approved promotional materials.
- Develop knowledge of your market. Demonstrates industry-leading understanding of hormonal therapies, products (THERAMEX and competition), clinical practices, market dynamics, and healthcare systems.
- Circulate information. Carry out the requested reporting through the tools in place with reliable and exhaustive information (activity monitoring, target coverage, planning, making appointments) in relation to the strategy defined by Sales Manager.
- Optimize the means available. Ensure proper maintenance of the equipment provided: vehicle, computer, telephony, promotional equipment.
- Support the process of continuous improvement of the quality of information and medical practices defined by company policy. Take into account the remarks, points of improvement and non-conformities notified in the reports of the accompanied visit and implement the proposed actions.
Minimum Requirements (experience & education)
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Medical Representative, preferably in gynaecology
- Master's degree in life science will be an advantage
- Good knowledge of English
- Ability to disseminate high quality medical information to HCP
- Excellent organization of work and self-dependence
- Enthusiasm and commitment in building company position on the Polish market
- Proven and sustained track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals
- Strong selling skills and interpersonally savvy
- Good IT skills
- Valid driving license
