What you will do
- Conduct manual case by case reviews on earners accounts in order to surface illegitimate and high-risk activities (90% of workload)
- Work with high-impact and brand safety-related issues in a responsible way by tailoring your approach to different scenarios
- Summarize findings from your investigations into trends and recommendations when required Work cross-functionally within the Krakow office, with regional coordinators in EMEA
What you will need
- Utmost attention to detail and willingness to dig into the rabbit hole to understand the situation when standard methods and procedures do not produce results
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Very good written communication skills
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in fraud investigation
