Maintenance Engineer - Rollfalzen/ Hamming “Hang on parts"

• You are responsible for the Rollfalzen/ Hamming Technology in Maintenance of the Body shop Hang on Part Team (steel & aluminum) with process (adaptive welding), structure and equipment to ensure capability.
• You will operate in a technical environment of Mercedes- Benz standard INTEGRA - processes.
• As part of your work, you will support the implementation continuous optimization of ongoing production to achieve the specified quality, cost and deadline targets after handover to the maintenance department.
• You will be responsible for the independent realization of diverse own optimization projects and planning tasks with the necessary steps - working methods, workflow, costs, investment and using tools.
• You will be responsible for maintenance support at the Jawor plant as well as the continuous optimization of ongoing production.
• You will support operational maintenance on site, e.g. as an expert in the event of technical breakdowns, preventive and predictive activities. Instruct the team during maintenance assignments/trouble shooting and be pragmatic and solution oriented.
• The team consists of electrical and technology technicians. Convince with good understanding in your profession, enjoy working in a positive work culture.

• Higher technical education: Msc or Bachelor (preferably Electronic, Mechanical, Electrical or industrial Engineering).
• Several years of experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of automotive environment including experience with Automation, Robots, PLC, Computer control systems.
• Very good organization of working time, commitment, diligence, reliability.
• Responsibility and the ability to solve problems independently.·
• Driving license B.
• English enabling easy communication.·
• Ability to work in a team.·
• Readiness to travel abroad.
