We are looking for a Logistics and Customs Specialist to help optimize and streamline our logistics processes. In this role, you will work closely with both internal teams and external partners, ensuring smooth domestic and international transport, managing return flows, and driving operational improvements.
Delivery & Services Team
The Delivery & Services Team ensures that Tylko products reach customers worldwide safely and on time. They collaborate with external carriers and warehouses to provide reliable, timely, and secure logistics solutions.
Once you join our Team you will be responsible for:
Coordinating transport, returns, and assembly services; resolving delivery-related issues
Recording and verifying logistics costs; identifying cost-saving opportunities
Monitor the completeness and accuracy of transport and export documentation across carriers and platforms
Ensure export documents are complete and validated to support VAT reporting and compliance
Track partner performance through KPIs; support audits and continuous quality checks
Reducing delivery times and logistics costs; supporting execution of logistics strategy

Requirements
Min. 2 years of experience in a courier company or e-commerce logistics (preferably in B2C deliveries)
Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office tools
Experience with TMS/WMS systems or delivery tracking platforms
Working knowledge of Incoterms and basic customs clearance procedures
Fluent Polish and good command of English (B2)
Working in our Warsaw office 3 days a week
It would be an additional plus if you have a valid category B driving license and you are comfortable with long-distance driving.
