We are looking for a Lead Engineer for our Plant and Piping team in Łódź (Poland). You will be part of our plant/piping engineering team that cooperates with customers in pulp and paper or energy sector industries.
Our requirements:
- suitable technical competence in mechanical piping engineering,
- work experience in similar positions minimum 10 years.
- deep knowledge of 3D design software (eg. Cadmatic, E3D, Vertex),
- plant and piping, energy and/or chemical industry engineering expertise,
- expertise in different processes and ability to comprehend P&ID diagrams,
- wide knowledge of multiple disciplines existing in the project and ability to create discipline guidelines,
- ability to lead and guide project team (3-8 plant and piping engineers) as project manager's right hand,
- an independent approach and a willingness to learn new things,
- willingness and ability to work in the customer interface as well as good communication,
- problem-solving skills & outcome-orientation,
- adapting design solutions to the needs of our customers,
- understanding of the tasks of other areas of design in order to perceive the functionality of plant entities,
- fluency in written and spoken English.
