Responsibilities:
- Key Responsibilities
develop and grow the business of customers portfolio in the relevant aspects of Distribution, Sales, Key Account Management, and Category Management
define and execute an annual customer plan in order to develop the potential of the categories (based on international core range and NPD)
conduct annual negotiations and monitor the implementation of agreed trading conditions
present & list of new products in the assortment matrix of customers
develop, coordinate and implement the promotional grid and marketing standards of the company with customers
forecast sales volumes on monthly basis
Additional Responsibilities
execute Trade Marketing Budgets and Plans for KA including the full Marketing Mix
develop and prepare sales reports and control of budgets, investments
complete understanding of customers’ business activity and build effective relationship
act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions
play an integral role in identifying white spots and hold responsibility for the effective on boarding of new clients
Interactions (internal & external)
Local Marketing, Logistics, Finance, Field Salesforce
Retailers, 3rd party Merchandising Companies
International Key Account Managers, sales and brand group responsible
Qualifications:
- Professional Experience and Education
university degree
3-5 years of FMCG Key Account Management experience
Specific Knowlegde
strong knowledge & understanding of KA, customers & competitors
good understanding of the overall sales processes including other areas (marketing / finance / logistics) and key account management relevant processes
full understanding of client P&L and ways to activate
good understanding key financial figures
Specific Skills
strong communication & ability to manage change
analytical and strategic thinking
good negotiation, influencing, and conflict mediation skills to support rapid decision and problem resolution
ability to work in teams and individually
