We expect that you, as a developer, are passionate about your craft and already have a good understanding of modern development techniques. We expect that you value simplicity, clean code and clean architecture, you practice TDD, pair programming and always welcome feedback. You will be an integrated and important part of the team you are assigned to and will be given mentoring and training to learn more and gain experience.
THE CHALLENGE:
- Build scalable, high-performance services on top of our real-time sports data, collected 27/4 globally for more than 30 different sports.

YOUR PROFILE:
You are a developer who like challenges, having fun and being focused at work. Learning is a natural part of your workday. You enjoy collaborating with a diverse group of people.
Required:
- Passion for technology
- Proven, hands-on software development experience (Java)
- Ability to write a clean, well-crafted and tested code (XP, TDD)
- Agile mindset (focus on delivering working software, collaboration and improvement)
- Shared values - relations, collaboration, trust
Desirable experience:
- Experience with cloud-based appreciations and microservices (AWS)
- Automation testing on various levels (BDD, Contract testing , Performance testing,)
- Distributed event streaming solutions (Kafka, RabbitMQ or similar)
- Understanding how the code can be shipped (Docker, Kubernetes)

OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
- Initial Screening: A quick chat with our Talent Acquisition Partner to understand your background and expectations.
- Technical Assessment: A short (home) task to showcase your technical skills.
- Two Technical Interviews: Meet with the Technical team and later with the Hiring Manager to dive into your solution, as also discuss team fit.
- Onsite Interview (If not organized on prior interview stages): Meet with the local team and take a tour of our office for a final meet-and-greet.
- Finals Steps: Receive feedback and, if successful, an offer!
