We are a collaborative, forward-thinking team ensuring the stability, security, and continuous evolution of a diverse SAP landscape — including S/4HANA, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SuccessFactors, Sales Cloud, and hybrid cloud/on-premise systems. Our mission is to deliver reliable SAP operations, drive automation, and explore emerging technologies such as AI to support the business.
In this role, you will work alongside experienced SAP Basis Engineers and Solution Architects, gaining hands-on experience in system operations, security, and architecture design across multiple technologies and platforms.
What You Will Do
- monitor and operate SAP systems to maintain stability, performance, and availability
- assist with system upgrades, patching, and migrations throughout the lifecycle
- support audit readiness and strengthen system security by reviewing risks and applying improvements
- collaborate with senior architects on integration and solution design in SAP and cloud environments
- experiment with automation and AI tools to streamline Basis tasks and boost efficiency
What You Bring
- basic knowledge of SAP Basis administration (installation, configuration, monitoring)
- familiarity with databases, operating systems, or cloud platforms
- curiosity about automation and willingness to adopt AI in daily work
- strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn from senior colleagues
- fluency in English (spoken and written)
