Your future tasks and duties:
- Being responsible for creating useful and eye-pleasing designs including landing pages, web/desktop applications
- Creating interactive prototypes to demonstrate your design
- Preparing user flow and low-fidelity wireframes based on the requirements of the client
- Working with existing Design Systems with a buddy’s help
- Attending meetings with the client where we set all of the requirements
- Participating in in-house meetings where the Product Designer, Developers and Proxy Product Owners create requirements for the application
- Presenting your ideas to the team and client, incorporating feedback from your Mentor/Buddy/Leader and Proxy Product Owner
- Preparing marketing assets for projects (Dribbble shots, Facebook Ads) as well as for internal company purposes
About you - Tech skills & Experience:
- Great portfolio with at least one UI desktop project (private or commercial)
- 1 year of commercial experience in a similar position
- Understanding of UX rules
- Knowledge of design programs (we work in Figma, but PS, AI are always helpful)
- Able to create basic style guide with UI elements (with a buddy/mentor/leader’s help)
- Understanding a target user, evaluating current products from a UX perspective, participating in design workshops
- Willing to do research before or after meeting when necessary
- Able to design landing pages and parts of the application based on the recveived specifications
- Able to work with already existing design assets (especially: style guide, UI kit)
- Capable of preparing Responsive Web Designs
- AI curiosity and practical knowledge of its use in design projects
About you - Soft Skills:
- Excellent command of Polish (C1) and English (C1) is required
- Knowledge hungry - with eagerness to learn and take on challenges
- Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies
