Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Processing tickets for pricing discrepancies within strict Service Level Agreements
- Liaising with Sales Representatives and in-country team
- Understanding & execution of the processes applicable within the Iberian markets
- Looking at ways to improve processes to reduce future problems
- Other ad-hoc tasks dependent on the country you are supporting
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Proficiency in English and Spanish at a minimum B2 level
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with adaptability to change
- Quick learner with the ability to understand new applications and software systems
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to learn quickly and work accurately
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment under time pressure
It would be beneficial for the candidate to have work experience in a Financial Shared Services environment, Credit Collection, or Process Maintenance, as well as knowledge of SAP or similar ERP software.
