Junior Energy Consultant

Your new role
As our new Junior Energy Consultant, you will join a global group of specialists working across the energy value chain. You’ll be part of a dynamic international team working on forward-looking energy projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting senior consultants in technical advisory projects.
- Working on conceptual and feasibility studies for district heating systems, CHP plants, power plants, and energy transformation technologies (e.g. heat pumps, energy storage, PtX, biogas)
- Preparing technical documentation and assisting in permit and design processes.
- Supporting the development of tender documentation and investment planning.
- Collaborating with experts across disciplines to deliver sustainable energy solutions.
Your profile
- A technical degree (or final-year student) in energy engineering, mechanical engineering, process engineering or a related field.
- Up to 3 years of experience, or strong motivation to start your consulting career.
- Analytical mindset and a desire to solve real-world problems.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and project tools.
- Communicative English (minimum B2) – we work on international projects.
- A passion for energy systems, sustainability, and climate-smart solutions.
- Bonus: any academic or practical experience with energy systems, renewables, or district heating
