Your responsibilities
- Consistently meets deadlines and demonstrates quality
- Processing transactions such as Journal Entries, Fixed Assets and bank statements
- Performing accounts’ reconciliations, analyzing and clarifying differences
- Being responsible for intercompany accounting (AP invoices, issuing AR invoices, ICR balance reconciliation, netting settlements)
- Balance Sheet and Income Statement reporting in Cognos
- Month-end closing and internal control tasks
- Prepares daily and ad-hoc reporting and requests
- Contributes to creation and maintenance of process documentation
- Close cooperation with Business Partners and Team members
Our requirements
- Economic background education (finance/accounting/economy/controlling)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- English (written and oral) - required min. B2 level
- Experience in accounting in SSC environment and SAP knowledge will be an asset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical mindset and accuracy
- Can-do attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and toward deadlines.
- Pro-activeness, improvements driver, problem solver.
- Working in hybrid model – 3 days per week from the office (2 days from home) during probation, then possibility to work 2 days per week from office (3 days from home)
