As the IT Coordination team, we are responsible for maintaining local infrastructure to ensure reliable and stable functioning of the entire office. Our main tasks include managing IT assets, monitoring local network and servers, and being the first line of support for our colleagues.
Infrastructure and resource management
- IT assets management
- Supporting equipment handover and return process
- User administration and access management
Diagnosis and support
- Support users with basic IT issues
- Basic technical support for IT equipment in the office
Other tasks and projects as required
- Student of Computer Science or a related field
- Availability minimum 30h and maximum 40h per week/ only working from the office
- High level of responsibility and commitment to performed duties
- Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and applications at the configuration and management level
- Willingness to develop and expand IT knowledge
- Analytical thinking and self-reliance
- Ability to work in a team
