As an IT Trainee, you become a part of our internal team where you will assist with various tasks for the global device management platforms (Intune, SCCM).
How you will make an impact:
- Learn how to efficiently work with IT tools, especially with mobile device management tools like Intune, SCCM, Power BI, and many more
- Participating in day-to-day operations of Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices
- Run small standardization and analyse activities
- Assist in resolving user incidents and requests
- Gain knowledge of how to work remotely with business stakeholders, according to ITIL standards and Agile framework
