Job Description

Key responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies;
- Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach;
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit;
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and offer negotiations;
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs;
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress to hiring managers and senior leadership;
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications
Expectations - the experience you need
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment;
- Proficiency in English (min. C1 level);
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities;
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software;
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
