The IT operational workflow is the primary task, but we value technical skills and proactive efforts in setting up CI/CD tooling to reduce the need for manual work.
To deliver IT operational services to Nordea according to frame agreement in High Risk.
- Analyze and resolve Incidents and Problems related to Applications according to Service Levels and Nordea policies.
- Actively collaborate with product teams across the bank to ensure compliance and efficient operations.
- Release deployment, verification and follow-up and Incident investigations and management.
- Contribute and maintain documentation to the shared knowledge base to ensure accuracy of information.
- Perform analysis and develop recommendations for continuous improvement opportunities, i.e. CI/CD.
- Provide technical details on technical issues and also guide/KT to your team members in solving technical problems in your area.
