Your role
As a part of the payroll team, you will be responsible for:
- Preparation of contracts and other documents related to employment
- Entering and updating of personnel data in the HR and payroll system - CDN Optima
- Assistance in the calculation of salaries and the preparation of payroll
- Documentation archivisation
Do we have a match?
As an Intern Payroll Specialist you must meet the following criteria:
- Basic knowledge of labour law and social insurance regulations as well as issues related to payroll calculation
- Very good computer skills (MS Excel, Word)
- Fluent proficiency in Polish (spoken and written)
- Communicative knowledge of English
- Highly developed interpersonal skills and satisfaction from working with people
- Good organization of own work, conscientiousness
Beyond the criteria above, we would appreciate the nice-to-haves:
- One year of experience in a similar position
- Studying in the field of Finance and Accounting, Administration, or Labor Law.
