Our Team works closely with PANDORA's local management, business controllers, and customer service departments throughout Europe and the Middle East, and with our colleagues in the global office in Copenhagen. Here in Warsaw, we are responsible for about 90% of all the company's financial and accounting transactions worldwide. Our team performs a wide range of processes beyond standard transaction processing. We strive to streamline all of our financial processes and continually enhance the support and services we provide to customers and business partners
As Student Assistant / Intern (30-40h/week availability required), you become a member of one of our OTC Teams in a role which offers a unique opportunity to grow skills and competencies within the area of accounting in multinational environment.
Your role:
Amongst others and depending on your accounting knowledge, you will be dedicated to support tasks performed by the team responsible for:
- Financial transactions for Pandora stores,
- Sales posting,
- Payment allocation,
- Investigating discrepancies,
- Preparing data for other team members,
- Managing the general mailbox,
- Participating in month-end activities.
We're perfect match, if you have:
- Excel user skills
- High level of English and communicative level of Polish (other languages are a big advantage)
- Strong attention to detail;
- Strong collaboration skills and very structured approach to tasks; delivery on deadlines
- Understanding or interest in accounting processes
- Willingness to learn - we appreciate but don’t require you to have prior professional experience
