Your new role
As an Operational Excellence Intern, you will play a key role in supporting process improvement and service optimization initiatives. Your responsibilities will include preparing datasets, creating pivot tables, and conducting quick analyses in Excel to inform decision-making.
You’ll track project statuses, map processes, and document change management flows to ensure transparency and progress. Additionally, you’ll maintain and analyze WalkMe content to identify optimization opportunities, support supplier communications, and manage the Idea Hub by coordinating topics, owners, and progress updates.
You’ll also contribute to multi-country rollouts by developing templates and auto-replies, test new solutions and document feedback, and assist in implementation and review phases. Finally, you’ll help coordinate logistics, marketing, and speaker arrangements for internal events, ensuring smooth execution and impactful engagement.

What you bring to the team
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn tools like WalkMe.
- Experience in event planning or process documentation is a plus.
- Awareness and basic knowledge of global AI trends is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel (intermediate level), PowerPoint, and basic data handling.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering practical solutions.
- Availability: Minimum 20 hours/week.

- Able to spot inconsistencies, ensure data accuracy, and document processes with precision.
- Comfortable reaching out to stakeholders, coordinating tasks, and sharing updates clearly and professionally.
