What you'll do
- Drive the design and continuous improvement of complex IAM solutions in close collaboration with business stakeholders
- Provide expert consultation on optimizing IAM processes and designing IT-based solutions to meet availability and quality targets
- Define technical specifications for software development, including standards, design patterns, test cases, and scenarios, while managing the lifecycle of designed solutions
- Monitor and evaluate innovations and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for enhancing IAM solutions and processes, with a focus on OKTA
- Analyze and assess new features from regular OKTA releases to unlock further potential for improvement
Who you are
- A university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
- Extensive experience in roles such as Architect, Analyst, or Technical Engineer, with a focus on Identity and Security
- Proficiency in IAM platforms like OKTA, supported by relevant certifications in development, administration, design, and configuration
- Strong knowledge of IAM concepts, including JML (joiners, movers, leavers), application federation (SAML, OIDC, SCIM), and related terms
- A balanced skill set in IAM business processes and project management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, PRINCE2, and SCRUM (Agile)
