Information Security Analyst - Internet Domains & Reporting

This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of our cybersecurity operations, collaborating across departments and making a real impact.

What will you be doing?
You’ll be the go-to expert for managing and maintaining our internet domains and external certificates. With over 1800 domains and countless certificates, you’ll ensure everything is registered, renewed and tracked to the highest standards. You’ll lead governance forums, update policies, and work closely with Information Security leaders, marketing, commercial IT and finance to support planning and risk management. As the role evolves, you’ll expand into broader data analysis and reporting across the Information Security function.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining a complete and accurate inventory of all registered internet domains and certificates

• Leading a cross-functional governance forum and updating domain standards and policies

• Acting as the central contact for domain registrations, renewals and de-registrations

• Producing monthly reports and KPIs on domain and certificate status

• Supporting risk management through monitoring services and internal registers

• Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with a keen eye for detail

• Fluent spoken and written English, with excellent relationship management abilities

• Knowledge of internet domain and certificate management

• Around 2 years of experience in IT, ideally within a global and regulated business
