WHAT WILL YOU DO:
As an Industry X Executive, you will be responsible for driving transformational projects and strategies for our clients in manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, consumer goods, or other industrial sectors. Your role will focus on leading cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale digital transformations leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as IIoT, digital twins, cloud, AI/ML, and smart factory solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead business development efforts by identifying client needs and proposing tailored Industry X solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders in shaping their digital transformation journey.
Oversee delivery of complex Industry X programs, ensuring high quality and measurable business outcomes.
Collaborate with global and local teams across strategy, technology, and operations.
Contribute to practice growth through thought leadership, mentoring, and innovation.
PREFFERED EXPERIENCE:
Experience in leading business operations and/or finance in a business group or Market or geographic unit.
Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders.
Fact-based decision-making and proactive analysis with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Proven team leadership and people management skills.
Ability to act as a team player while maintaining autonomy with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Ensuring policy compliance and accurate data coding.
Capability to manage strategic documentation to support rapid onboarding, performance tracking, and team alignment.
Experience managing growth and operational constraints.
MUST HAVE:
Bachelor’s Degree (minimum).
Demonstrated capability to drive and execute multiple initiatives with minimal supervision.
