Key accountabilities:
- Provide technical support for product manufacturing
- Key contact for product engineering departments from other locations
- Coordinate on-site product engineering activities; organize support and participation of other Product Engineering units if needed
- Responsibility for ensuring product meets specifications
- Track and report on product performance during manufacturing
- Coordinate cost reduction activities
- Troubleshooting product problems at the factory, suppliers and customers
- Product change management
- Support in the definition of test procedures and test equipment specifications
- Support in the analysis of customer returns
