The opportunity
As an IAM Business Architect within our Zero Trust program, you will play a pivotal role in transitioning the project into the Identity pillar. You will leverage your extensive experience in business architecture, compliance management, and technical IAM requirements to support the design and implementation of solutions that meet regulatory and business needs. Joining a dynamic team, you will be responsible for defining IAM business architecture, developing governance frameworks, and providing architectural and technical leadership for PoCs and pilots, all while ensuring compliance with relevant standards, including DORA.
Skills and attributes for success
- 15+ years in IAM/PAM business architecture and compliance management with experience in SoD policy technical definition and implementation, TCP mitigation, and business analysis. At least some of the years from working in the financial services sector
- CyberArk business architecture design (ideally Sentry or Guardian certified)
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical IAM/PAM requirements
- Basic knowledge of regulatory standards, such as DORA
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Your key responsibilities
- Defining IAMbusiness architecture for PoCs and Pilots including SailPoint configurations, SoD Matrix, and SoD technical polices
- Developing a Role Governance Framework and SoD matrix addressing business risks and compliance requirements
- Performing business analysis for IAM and SoD tools
- Designing future state for IAM processes
- Leading PoC/Pilot design for IAM and providing architectural and technical support for PoCs and Pilots
- Overseeing compliance related aspects applicable for ECB regulated banks
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Certification confirming knowledge in the IAM/PAM field (i.e., CyberArk Certified Delivery Architect (Sentry or Guardian))
- Certification confirming knowledge in the architecture field (i.e., TOGAF)
- Zero Trust Architect Certification
- CISSP, CISM, CIAM Certification
- ITIL certification
