We’re looking for a skilled Hyperautomation Specialist (AI)C to join our Hyperautomation team and accelerate our AI-driven transformation. In this hands-on role, you’ll combine technical expertise with business insight to design, build, and deliver AI and automation solutions that make a measurable difference.
🔍 About the Role
You will join an enthusiastic team of technology experts, using RPA, AI, Low-Code, and integrations to transform business requirements into innovative IT solutions.
Working closely with stakeholders and our solution architects, you will translate challenges into AI use cases, develop robust solutions, and integrate them into existing systems.
This role is hands-on — you’ll be building, testing, documenting and deploying AI and automation solutions, as well as guiding best practices and adoption across the organization.
🧠 What You’ll Do
- Analyze and Ideate: Identify and evaluate automation and AI opportunities in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Design and Develop Solutions: Build AI-powered automation solutions, from proof of concept to production deployment.
- Apply AI Expertise: Leverage the latest in machine learning, intelligent document processing, natural language processing, and hyperautomation tools.
- Integrate systems: Connect AI models, APIs, and RPA workflows with business platforms such as SAP, CRM, and SharePoint.
- Drive Awareness: Deliver impactful demos, showcases, and workshops to engage stakeholders and promote AI adoption.
- Collaborate & Support: Partner with business analysts, developers, and automation architects to ensure successful solution delivery, as well as engaging in support activity to resolve any technical issues with existing solutions.
- Continuously Improve: Monitor performance, optimize models and update solutions as requirements evolve.
🛠️ What You Bring
- Experience developing AI, RPA, or intelligent automation solutions.
- Skills in Python, .NET, or similar programming languages.
- Solid understanding of MLOps principles and hands-on experience deploying and monitoring AI models in production.
- Understanding of API development and integration.
- Familiarity with tools such as UiPath, Workato, Azure, Microsoft Power Platform, or similar.
- Strong English speaking and written skills as you will be working with international teams.
- Excellent collaboration skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

- Hands-on experience with machine learning and intelligent document processing.
- Experience with automation cost-benefit analysis and ROI measurement.
- Experience in translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Understanding of process mining or task mining.
