Position Summary

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing proactive consultation, critical evaluation, and support to leaders and employees on issues where HR expertise can improve business results
- Assessing HR processes, identifying and implementing improvements to ensure both continuous development and a modern, employee-centric HR mindset
- Driving Talent Development and Talent Management strategies in close collaboration with our global HRBP and Learning & Organizational Development teams
- Coordinating annual Performance Management processes
- Leading and participating in HR projects as a functional expert and thought partner
- Ensuring local HR policies and procedures are legally compliant and reflect Straumann’s empowering culture, maintaining updated HR manuals and guidelines
- Preparing HR reports and dashboards by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data trends; promoting data accuracy and leveraging insights for decision-making
- Cooperating closely with Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and L&OD on key global and local initiatives
- Supporting Straumann’s cultural journey by building a high-performance culture, aligning people with purpose, developing talent, and delivering critical messages based on data and facts
- Ensuring compliance with Polish labor law, GDPR, and internal policies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and minimum 8 years of progressive, hands-on HR generalist or HRBP experience
- Strong background in employee relations, performance management, coaching, and internal consulting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to partner across all organizational levels
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and business acumen
- Agile and adaptable approach, proactive mindset, and collaborative spirit
- Strong project and time management skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR systems
- Experience supporting commercial and/or production environments is an advantage
- Strong command of English (spoken and written); Polish fluency required
- Ability to occasionally travel internationally (5–10%)
- HR certifications (e.g. CIPD, SHRM) are a plus
