Role: HR Data Management Associate
Main Responsibilities
Monitor and manage ticket queues using the appropriate tools to ensure tickets are handled per the defined timelines and do not exceed expected thresholds
Identify deviations from the standard scope of service and act accordingly including the identification and support of change request opportunities
Respond to client employee and business partner queries and requests effectively based on defined standards and contract requirements via phone and chat
Perform HR data entry, including data validation, completely and accurately as defined by the standards and client contract
Provide HRIS navigation support to clients
Recognize and deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential information
Participate in projects as needed and assigned
Requirements:
Basic understanding of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Flexibility to support a global and fast paced environment
Attention to detail
Fluent English skills (C1)
Excellent written and verbal skills
Self-motivated and a willingness to learn
1-2 years relevant experience administering Payroll or Health & Welfare/Benefits in an HR Consulting, HR Outsourcing or other corporate environment
HRIS knowledge
Experience in customer service or working with HR and payroll data
