We are entering our next growth phase and are looking for a high-caliber Head of HR to shape and lead our global People strategy. This is a strategic leadership role with direct impact on how we attract, grow, and retain world-class talents while scaling both locally and internationally.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Strategic HR & Global People Operations:
- Partner with leadership to align People strategy with both local growth priorities and international ambitions.
- Own the full employee lifecycle in Ukraine, while designing frameworks that can scale to new global markets.
- Develop HR policies that reflect Ukrainian labor specifics and simultaneously meet international best practices.
- Drive culture and engagement across a hybrid team — Kyiv-based and distributed globally.
Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand:
- Lead recruitment for high-impact roles in Ukraine and abroad.
- Position Swarmer as an employer of choice in the Ukrainian defense/tech sector and a competitive global talent brand.
- Build strategies to attract senior, technical, and leadership talent both locally and internationally.
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with Ukrainian labor law while preparing the company for cross-border compliance requirements.
- Safeguard ethical standards and confidentiality across diverse jurisdictions.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- 7+ years of HR leadership experience in tech/startup environments, ideally combining local and global exposure.
- Proven ability to scale organizations and set up People functions across different markets.
- Strong understanding of Ukrainian labor legislation combined with awareness of international HR frameworks.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills and advanced English.
- Strategic, but hands-on: you can both design global HR architecture and implement solutions on the ground.
- Passion for mission-driven products and resilience to work in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment.
Location: Hybrid (Kyiv) - preferred / Remote - considered.
