Luxoft, in partnership with AMD, is searching for talented developers with a passion for Machine Learning and 3D graphics to join the rapidly growing team in Gdansk. As a Graphics & ML Integration Engineer, you will contribute to cutting-edge technologies where Machine Learning and 3D graphics meet and collaborate with industry leaders.
Responsibilities
Work with the external game development partners to integrate AMD gaming technologies into their titles
Analyze, Understand and Debug hard to find problems in complex game engines.
Use low level graphics APIs to write efficient shaders.
Work with a distributed team in a CI environment
Share expert knowledge through trainings and internal documentation
Skills
Must have
Proficient in C/C++ development for Windows, with a strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, language features, and standard libraries
Practical experience with DirectX-class development tools and techniques
Demonstrated skill in optimizing graphics code, especially shaders
Ability to interpret and enhance requirements to improve software systems beyond initial specifications
Willingness to travel occasionally, both domestically and internationally
Machine Learning background.
Nice to have
GCN / RDNA graphics or game console architecture experience.
Experience with Vulkan and/or DirectX 12 graphics APIs.
Game engine or game rendering framework experience.
Working experience in Machine Learning using Python & one of Tensor Flow, Keras or PyTorch
CPU/GPU architecture knowledge, extensive experience with one of the 3D rendering APIs
Good understanding of multi-threaded programming techniques and SIMD architecture
Experience in HW/SW performance analysis and optimization, best if including GPU performance profiling
