Game Operations Coordinator

As an Associate Game Operations Coordinator, you will support the planning and execution of campaigns that aim to enhance player engagement, retention, and monetization. Working with the Game Operations team, you will help deliver exciting experiences to players while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced and creative gaming environment.

This role is a great opportunity to learn the ins and outs of Game Operations in a social casino environment and contribute to key initiatives.

You will assist in the execution of a variety of GameOps activities, including (but not limited to):

• In-app promotions and engagement events

• Sales and special offers

• Community content 

• Push notifications, emails, and external communications

• New content launches and feature announcements

• Retention campaigns and player journey support
   

You will also:

• Help prepare campaign assets and configuration details

• Perform QA checks to ensure smooth and error-free execution

• Support the setup and monitoring of A/B tests

• Collaborate with team members to collect and organize campaign results

• Learn and work with internal tools to help manage campaigns efficiently
   

You’ll be encouraged to share ideas, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with multiple teams across the company, including Art, Product, Customer Support, and Analytics.
 

Skills and Requirements

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets)

• Clear written and verbal communication skills in English 

• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills

• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new tools and processes

• Basic knowledge of data and KPIs is a plus (SQL is a bonus but not required)

• Interest in mobile and/or Facebook games (F2P or social casino is a bonus)

• Some experience (internship, academic projects, or entry-level role) in games, marketing, digital products, or operations is a plus
