Locations: We are currently seeking candidates for positions in Aleksandrów Łódzki and Łódź to start in October-November 2025
Duration: 9-12 months (with the opportunity to get a managerial position upon successful completion of the program)
As a participant in our program, you will:
Act as a Finance Leader and Business Partner: Provide finance leadership in business decisions and external interactions (sales/production engineering) that directly influence the direction of our business.
Become a Problem Solver: Develop a deep understanding of business and market dynamics, analyze data, identify key insights, and offer financial expertise.
Embrace Risk: Take ownership of significant projects from Day 1, transforming and streamlining both local and regional operations.
