Your role
Are you interested in the Investment Fund industry? Do you have an appetite for dealing with investment funds controls and NAV calculations? Are you detailed oriented and able to proactively analyze potential discrepancies within Funds’ world?

- Covering full Private Equity and Real Estate transaction life cycle (counterparty and investment setups; payment order receipt and instruction; transaction double entry bookkeeping; open internal and external queries; settlement monitoring).
- Performing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual cash, position reconciliation and NAV’s calculation for Private Equity and Real Estate funds, with all applicable control points
- Controlling quality of work performed by other accountants and processing activities as per deliverables checklist with focus on timelines and accuracy.
- Making sure the financial information and accounting for multiple Swiss and Luxembourgish funds is complete, accurate and auditable.
- Proactive co-operation with various internal (Transfer Agent, Depositary, Fee Management, Client Service Management) and external parties (Clients, Fund Managers, Vendors, Service Providers, Auditors).
- Active support to Manager and Team with further business growth and transition, while implementing proactive solutions and addressing any concerns.
- Update of operational procedures and checklists for new processes and funds and ensure high quality of outputs.
- Delivery of high-quality outputs and response to client requests with a timely manner and excellent service.
Your team
You’ll be working in the Asset Servicing team in Poland. Sector comprises over 80 specialists divided into several teams. Your direct team is a group of 16 talented individuals. As a member of the team, you’ll play an important role in delivering relevant outputs for our clients. We are dedicated to support one another and our business partners. You will work within international environment and collaborate with our colleagues in Poland, Luxembourg and Switzerland on a daily basis. We are looking for a colleague who shares our passion and high standards
Your expertise
- Proven understanding of double-entry bookkeeping and fund accruals management
- Proven experience in transaction operations or Fund Accounting / Fund Administration functions (minimum 3 years)
- Proven experience of Fund Accounting/ transaction operations process supervision and validation (minimum 2 years)
- Detailed understanding of financial market instruments, Fund Accounting and the NAV calculation life cycle (Private Equity and Real Estate, PAFA funds knowledge will be an asset)
- Dedication to BAU efficiency improvement via internal projects. Happy to take initiative and be proactive in general – your attitude is what matters to us!
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail, problem solving skills and commitment to maintaining a strong control environment.
- Excel skills at advanced level or higher would be an asset.
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English.
- Ability to manage work under high time pressure.
