Flight Simulator Technician
We are currently seeking a motivated and versatile Flight Simulator Technician to join our technical team. If you’re passionate about aviation, enjoy solving technical challenges, and are comfortable working across mechanical, electronic, and IT systems, we’d love to hear from you!
Your Responsibilities:
- Perform daily maintenance, scheduled inspections, and repairs of flight simulators.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to simulator hardware and software.
- Monitor simulator performance and ensure operational readiness – at all times.
- Use tools and testing equipment to diagnose mechanical and electronic faults.
- Coordinate with the training and operations teams to resolve technical issues quickly.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and system configurations.
- Assist with installation and setup of new simulator equipment when needed.
- Follow safety procedures and compliance standards in all maintenance tasks.
Our Requirements:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) ICAO level 5.
- Skills in electronics repair (circuit boards, sensors, wiring, etc
- Good understanding of IT systems, software installation, and basic coding concepts.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and system documentation.
- Experienced in using schematics and electronic diagnostic tools.
- Ready to work in a dynamic, shift-based environment (24/7), ability to climb stairs, bend or stand for long periods of time.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience with flight simulators or in an aviation technical environment is a plus.
- Familiarity with avionics and navigational concepts is a plus.
