Your responsibilities:
Collecting, consolidating, analyzing, and reporting of CE CAPEX projects
Preparing presentations and reports for actual, budget and forecast CAPEX reporting
Maintaining CAPEX project database for CE. Project spend and status tracking in cooperation with project managers on a quarterly base, information retrieval for ad hoc requests and CAPEX reports.
Organizing CAPEX Approval Committee meetings starting from collection and fine tuning and sharing of approval documents with Committee members, agenda setup, taking and distribution of meeting minutes.
Adjust/Setup approval documents for GIC, MB and SVB approvals.
Contact person for any question regarding CAPEX approval documents, templates, procedure, and governance within the global Care Enablement organization.
Maintaining SharePoint CAPEX portal including access rights and approval workflow.
Our requirements:
A degree in business administration with a focus on accounting / controlling or comparable
1-2 years of working experience as Controller in an industrial environment would be helpful
Excellent English language skills in writing and speaking
Management on various levels up to the Management Board in Germany and abroad
Good understanding of numbers and analytical thinking
Goal-oriented, structured, and methodical work
Quick comprehension
Extended knowledge of Microsoft Tools in particular Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams, Sharepoint, OneDrive
ERP system such as SAP is nice to have
