Your Tasks
- Preparing recurring financial reports and management dashboards
- Supporting budgeting process, forecasting and variance analysis,
- Active participation in month-end closing activities,
- Operating on broadly used and leading software including SAP ERP, SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud and other BI tools
- Controlling the correct cost allocations across the group
- Supporting digitalization by finding ways to optimize the current processes and implementing it with IT team: developing Excel, BI tools and process flows
- Working closely with Operations, Accounting, Key Users, Senior Management to support colleagues across the globe.
Your Skills
- Degree in Economics, Finance & Accounting, Business Administration or similar qualification related to Finance
- 1-3 years of experience in controlling, audit, accounting or related area
- Analytical thinking, proactive attitude and ability to build relationships
- Willingness to develop in the area of Controlling
- Familiarity with ERP systems, PowerBI or similar tools
- Fluency in English, German is welcome
- Teamwork and openness to work in an international environment
