Job spec:
- As an Finance Assistant, you'll be undertaking transactional finance tasks.
- Responsible for daily bank reconciliation and resolving any discrepancies
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Monthly Balance sheet reconciliations
- Daily Revenue recognition and reconciliations.
- Daily Bank reconciliations and cash allocations.
- Calling suppliers chasing missing invoices.
- Assisting the Management Accountant with month end and year end process
- Providing support to the wider finance team
Experiences:
- Account payable function
- Balance sheet reconciliations desirable.
- Migration experiences or Dynamic 365.
- Accruals and prepayments experiences desirable.
Right to work in Poland is a must have.
