We are searching for an Expert Talent Advisor to provide 360 degree support for one of our biggest clients` recruitment operations in the aerospace and aviation industry.

A regular business trip to Türkiye will be necessary for this role. (2-3 times in a quarter)

We preferably look for candidates who are located in or around Rzeszów, Niepołomice, Kraków, Kalisz, and Warsaw. However, since the role can be done remotely anywhere inside Poland, candidates from other locations will also be considered for the role.

Please note that this job ad was posted to pipeline candidates for the project which is expected to kick off in Q4 2025.

What you will do:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, including active sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
  • Conduct in-depth market research/mapping and leveraging market insights
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders by being a true partner and advisor in the process
  • Efficiently manage requisitions while aligning with stakeholder expectations.
  • Manage the candidate journey through the recruitment process
  • Manage job ad creation and posting
  • Shortlist candidates to ensure top talent acquisition
  • Effectively utilize and manage applicant tracking systems.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in recruitment and selection processes to attract the best talent.

What we would like you to have:

  • Fluency in both English and Turkish (both spoken and written). Polish is not a must but highly preferred.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential
  • Industry experience would be a plus
  • Confident and experienced at managing stakeholders
  • Experienced at translating market data into the market insights while providing recommendations to the hiring community
  • Workday ATS experience is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to interact effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
  • A proactive and adaptable attitude, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
